We work hard to understand the broader business issues behind a legal dispute and to strategise desired outcomes to maximise the opportunity for a successful outcome and to minimise costs.
As we are acutely aware of the risks involved for clients in the litigation process, early settlement options such as mediation, arbitration and conciliation are always our first consideration.
