Enduring Power of Attorney
The Enduring Power of Attorney enables SMSF members to appoint a legal personal representative to act as the trustee or director of the corporate trustee in their place, while they remain as a member of the Fund. The Enduring Power of Attorney must be made in accordance with the relevant State or Territory Legislation and the trustee change must be implemented in accordance with the requirements of the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993.
