Documents Service

Our documents package includes the following services required to effect the change of holding trustee:

  • letter of advice;
  • Deed of Change of Holding Trustee;
  • written resolutions of relevant entities; and
  • any other documents required under the rules of the Fund.

We provide the relevant compliance documents to ensure the Fund has everything it needs to affect the change of Holding Trustee.

Implementation Service

Our implementation service includes lodgement of all relevant documents with both the duties and titles office as well as responding to any standard requisition raised by either office.

Should the lender require that the Deed of Change of Holding Trustee be registered, we offer a service to attend to the registration with the titles office for an additional $110.00 incl GST (this has to be done in person in some States). Please note that this discounted pricing only applies if ordered at the same time as our implementation service. The standard fee of $220.00 incl GST will apply if ordered at a separate time.

Optional: Signing Appointment at our Office

If you or your clients wish to come and execute the documentation prepared at our office in Sydney CBD, we are happy to schedule an appointment for that purpose. This provides a good opportunity for them to ask any questions they may have about the transaction and execute any documents which require to be signed in front of a solicitor or justice of the peace as part of the application. As part of this service we also print and collate the documents we prepared and undertake the verification of identity checks for the relevant parties.
