Voluntary liquidations and uncontested company winding-up

A company can be wound up on its own application (a voluntary liquidation) or on the application of a third party.

If a third party applies to have the company wound up, the company can defend the application, or not, as the directors decide.   If the company does not defend the application then it is uncontested.

Townsends Business & Corporate Lawyers offer a fixed-fee service for voluntary liquidations and uncontested company winding-up, including all the documents necessary to make the court application.
