You have sent your invoice, you have followed up with your statements, you have rung the debtor several times and still the debt is unpaid.  It’s time to get a bit more serious.

Our letter of demand service helps you to show the debtor how serious you are by retaining a solicitor.  There’s no guarantees of course, but you would be surprised how often a solicitor’s letter works.

We all know that you can’t get blood out of a stone so if the debtor doesn't have the money it’s going to be extra hard, but at least you can give it a good shot.

Our price is a fixed $385 inclusive of GST.  Yes it is annoying that you have to spend this extra amount to get paid and no you can’t demand they pay the legal fee.  Unfortunately it’s just the cost of doing business.

There’s no meetings to attend and, provided you fill out the form fully, no phone calls to field or further questions to answer.
